Altero is a loan and insurance comparison platform that empowers users to compare various loan or insurance offers with one application. Altero is a pan-Baltic fintech, operating in Lithuania under Altero.lt domain. Launched in 2016, Altero has established itself as a Baltic market leader.

Objectives

  1. Reduce customer acquisition costs.
  2. Secure top positions in paid Google search results.
  3. Conduct tests of new advertising tools and identify those that bring additional economic efficiency.
  4. Maintain a consistent return on ads spend (ROAS) within a defined range.
  5. Adhere strictly to all Google and EU regulations regarding user data privacy.

Results

  1. A 15% decrease in the cost of attracting a new paying customer.
  2. An increase in the share of ads placed in the top paid search positions from 33% to 80%.
  3. Testing of Performance Max and YouTube for Performance campaigns.
  4. A 35% improvement in the ROAS indicator for the main product of Altero.lt.
  5. A more than 100% increase in the volume of loans issued (the main product of Altero.lt).
  6. Full compliance with all Google and EU regulations on the protection of users’ personal data.

Working
process

We started working with the Google Ads account of Altero.lt in April 2023.

Within six months, we streamlined the account, established clear communication protocols with the client, and fostered transparency across all stakeholders at Altero.lt. Our efforts culminated in achieving remarkable economic indicators.

Account Upgrade and Optimization:
