Working
process
Through our collaboration, we’ve managed to achieve a significant growth in new customer application volume as well as lowering of an average cost of customer acquisition by:
- Optimising bidding strategies: We made over 100 experiments with bidding strategies such as maximise conversions, CPA, and manual bidding to identify the best approach for different services of the company;
- Crafting high-converting landing pages: We conducted several A/B tests on landing pages, leveraging data to identify and implement changes that improve conversion rates (CR);
- Refining ad copy: 50+ A/B testing of ad copy ensured we selected the messaging that resonates most effectively with the target audience and drives conversions;
- Enhancing keyword strategy: We continuously monitored and improved keyword quality, including expanding negative keyword lists and utilising various match types to optimise reach and relevance;
- Enhancing UI & UX: We updated the website’s design and functionality to create a more intuitive and enjoyable User Experience.
