FXCI Challenge LTD is a proprietary trading educational platform offering their users various trading challenges with industry’s lowest profit targets, best trading instruments and safe leverage. 

Goals

In order to optimise their marketing investments, FXCI needed a better understanding of their conversion funnel and have complete trust in their tracking. At the start of our collaboration, no such understanding or trust was in place.

Working
process

Our initial Google Analytics 4 and GTM audit revealed a number of tracking issues which needed to be addressed. 

  • GA4 was not receiving transaction value data
  • Some GA4 events were not set up correctly and duplicated the data
  • Sales funnel was missing a number of important user journey steps
  • Meta Pixel eventы were not configured

One the project roadmap was established, RocketScience team proceeded working on fixing incorrect events, while also providing FXCI team with technical tasks for capturing transaction values in GA4. Once all the events were set up, we carried out extensive checks to make sure those were firing correctly, and verified all the events and data with FXCI dev team. A few iterations later, we received data sets that were properly attributed to their sources and picked up values that were matching FXCI back end data.

  2. Trustworthy channel performance data
  3. Ability to allocate marketing budgets depending on channel’s ROI
  4. User friendly customer-specific Looker Dashboard with all the key data readily available for analysis
