Hepsor is a real estate developer company with 14 years of excellence in residential and commercial environments, green thinking, innovation, and modern architecture. Hepsor is one of the biggest and fast-growing property developers in Estonia, and has been moving in the same direction in Latvia for 8 years.
Goals
One of the key challenges Hepsor faced was the lack of performance transparency across multiple channels and the diverse real estate projects they were managing. For the company, it wasn’t enough to track only high-level marketing metrics—they needed to clearly connect each result to the specific channel, whether paid or organic, and gain visibility down to the campaign and even individual ad level.
Just as important was the ability to identify which channels generated the highest-quality leads—and at what cost. In other words, Hepsor’s ultimate goal was to understand not only how their marketing was performing, but also where their best leads were truly coming from and what they were worth.

Process
Working side by side with the Hepsor team, RocketScience developed a comprehensive implementation plan to make sure every project—current and future—had GA4 properties properly configured and ready to track conversions across all key channels: Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and leading local real estate platforms.
This included:
- Developing a tailored event-tracking scheme for each Hepsor project;
- Building a thorough UTM tracking structure to ensure performance reporting down to creative level;
- Connecting all data sources into a single, reliable “source of truth” dashboard;
- Visualising essential marketing data in a clear, easy-to-read dashboard format;
- Integrating cost and performance metrics from real estate classifieds outside of the Google and Meta ecosystems;
- Creating custom reports aligned with Hepsor’s specific requirements.
Results
- GA4 successfully implemented and tagged across all Hepsor projects, fully aligned with industry best practices.
- Complete transparency into digital marketing performance—covering both organic and paid channels.
- 100% GDPR and Consent Mode compliant websites across the entire Hepsor portfolio.
- A tailor-made Performance Dashboard providing helicopter view of the total performance with the ability to drill down to individual ads campaign and even creative level for more insights.
This project allowed Hepsor teams to evaluate their marketing mix efficiency for every project, adapt their creative strategy based on ad-level insights and ultimately get the best return on their marketing spend.
