Joinus is a Latvian real estate company specializing in high-quality residential properties in Riga and beyond. With more than 10 years of experience and 15 completed projects, Joinus offers their customers modern minimalist architecture and impeccable construction quality.
Joinus decided to partner with RocketScience because we offered them a very holistic collaboration covering Google Ads, Meta Ads and Creative Services, acting as their one stop shop for all things digital.
The Challenge
Before partnering up with RocketScience, Joinus encountered several challenges that limited their growth
- Low lead quality
- Inconsistent conversions reporting
- Lack of account transparency
To address these issues, RocketScience came up with a revamped account structure and campaign set up to boost results.
Working Process
After the discovery call, we gathered enough information to come up with the optimization action items. Our main efforts consisted of
- Account Restructuring & Strategy: We moved from a complex and fragmented account structure to consolidated one, allowing Google Ads algorithms to get more conversion data on campaign level and thus accelerating the bid strategy learning process. This structure also allowed for more straightforward reporting.
- Transparent Tracking and Measurement: RocketScience switched optimization events to Form Submits, which we determined were the main conversion event for Joins. The original set up was optimizing for a number of microconversions too, which looked good “on paper”, but rarely led to customers submitting forms.
- Tailored Creative Production: In order to maximise our ad reach and deliver the relevant message to potential buyers, RocketScience developed all the creatives for Google and Meta ads for Joinus. The Results
Within 3 months of our collaboration, we managed to significantly improve the following metrics:
- Click-Through Rate (CTR): +160%
- Overall Conversions: +5%
- Lead quality improvement: +20%
Joinus reported that they noticed a drastic improvement in Lead Quality soon after RocketScience took over the account.
